Unlock a Manager at Venue Level 3 and prepare the first restock
The Managers hiring tab and Manager assignment unlock when the venue you selected reaches Level 3. Neoseeker reports this separately for each venue. Levelling Ramen Noir does not mean every other venue can hire a manager.
In Update 4, set that venue’s supply target and daily restocking budget before judging automatic purchases. The unlock does not guarantee that every ingredient is purchasable.

Check the correct venue and role
- Open the intended venue’s monitor and check its current level and upgrade requirements.
- If it is below Level 3, complete its displayed progression requirements; do not assume another venue’s meal threshold applies.
- At the job board, select this venue and open Managers once available.
- Hire and verify the Manager assignment and shift in the Staff tab.
A manager does not add kitchen or waiter coverage
The Managers guide describes Manager as a separate assignment that cannot be combined with Cook, Waiter or Cleaner. Check coverage after switching a multi-skilled employee: the cook you moved into management may leave the kitchen uncovered.
No manager skill ranking or delivery-speed promise is adopted here. Competitor priority descriptions differ; the developer’s dated task order is separate evidence.
Prepare and verify the first purchase
Review active recipes, vendor availability and storage, then choose the target and daily budget in Venue Management Settings. Match the shopping list to those requirements.
Observe stock and real deliveries during service. If venue storage is full, Update 4 sends delivery overflow to main inventory. If the manager buys nothing, follow the shortage diagnosis; repeatedly rehiring is not a confirmed repair. An unlocked Manager slot and a list entry are not purchase receipts.
