Open Ramen Noir and complete your first ingredient run
Follow the opening objective from Lowtown to Meridian Market, finish the Ramen Noir handover, place the starting tables and chairs, and activate Chicken Noodle Soup. Buy its required ingredients and transfer them into restaurant storage. Carrying groceries in your personal inventory is not the same as stocking the kitchen.
The first-day walkthrough identifies chicken for the fridge, and onions and ramen noodles for cupboard storage. Follow the current objective and item requirements in your own save.

Get the first service ready
- Use the HOVA taxi from Lowtown to Meridian Market and follow the handover objective.
- Speak to Banor and use the starting furniture rather than buying a new layout immediately.
- Place the two starting tables and four chairs, then open the restaurant monitor.
- Add Chicken Noodle Soup to the active menu and inspect its ingredient requirements.
Buy, return and deposit
The walkthrough lists Chicken, Onions and Ramen Noodles for the opening recipe. Purchase the missing items from Meridian Market vendors, return to Ramen Noir and transfer them into the appropriate fridge or cupboard.
Read the live shopping list before buying: service can consume stock while you are away. Do not copy a walkthrough’s remembered quantities. Update 4 also changes the supply targets reflected on the shopping list.
Check that the kitchen can work without you
Look for ingredients in venue storage, a recipe without the same missing requirement, and an actual meal being prepared and served. If Banor still cannot cook, expand the red recipe icon before purchasing more of everything.
When the hiring objective appears, assign serving coverage and check its shift. Keep cash for the next service. You can collect new recipes without immediately adding them all to the menu.
