Restocking settings

Set a daily restocking budget without guessing a number

Update #4 · source checked October 10, 2026

The short answer

Set a daily restocking budget in that venue’s Venue Management Settings. Compare the chosen target with the shopping list and actual spending. If a required ingredient repeatedly reaches zero, the official patch says the budget may be too low, or the ingredient may not be purchasable from vendors.

No universal daily amount or profit guarantee is documented. A purchase budget does not replace checking wages and other expenses.

Record what this budget needs to cover

Start with the venue’s active menu, required ingredients, current storage, selected supply target and available money. A target of ten requires a different inventory position from a target of two; record these before attributing every expense to a bug.

The shopping list reflects supply targets. Use it to inspect what the manager is expected to buy, then compare actual inventory and spending. Do not treat a shopping-list row as proof that money has already been charged.

Adjust one venue and one variable

  1. Open the correct venue overview and its management settings.
  2. Select the supply target you want to test.
  3. Enter a daily restocking budget appropriate to the purchases you can afford. The patch gives no recommended amount.
  4. Record stock and money before service, then inspect them after replenishment.
  5. If required stock reaches zero, check vendor availability and deliveries before increasing the budget.
  6. Change the budget or target one at a time so the next observation is useful.

Read shortages and spending separately

If purchases arrive but too much money is tied up in stock, try a lower documented target and inspect ingredients your menu no longer uses. If purchases do not arrive, first confirm that the missing ingredient can be bought at all.

These are diagnostic comparisons, not an in-game experiment we have performed. The patch does not specify the daily reset hour, how every competing order is allocated, or a payroll reserve guarantee. Do not calculate those from an undocumented rule. A budget that replenishes stock still needs to be assessed alongside the venue’s other costs.

What a successful check looks like

You can explain the venue’s chosen target, list the expected ingredients, and observe whether replenishment supports the menu at a spend you can afford. If the same shortage survives the checks, collect the version, venue, menu, budget, stock and delivery state for a report rather than repeatedly replacing managers.

For multiple venues, repeat this record per venue: the new settings are individual, not a single global supply choice.
